Versatilis EHM
The Honeywell Versatilis™ EHM Transmitter is an innovative, wireless sensor solution for monitoring the condition of industrial equipment. Designed for applications on rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, fans, compressors, blowers and gearboxes, this transmitter provides reliable and accurate measurements in a compact, energy-efficient design. The combination of LoRaWAN® communication technology and Bluetooth Low Energy enables rapid commissioning and configuration, supported via the user-friendly Versatilis Connect app.
The transmitter records essential parameters such as vibration (3-axis), surface temperature, acoustic signals, ambient temperature, air pressure and relative humidity. With a battery life of up to five years and long-distance wireless data transmission, the system provides a highly scalable and low-maintenance solution for continuous monitoring and early fault detection.
In addition to monitoring rotating machinery, the Versatilis Transmitter is also suitable for monitoring manually operated valves, detecting defects in steam traps, measuring surface temperatures of static process plants, and monitoring environmental conditions in pharmaceutical production environments, laboratories and clean rooms, among others.
