The Honeywell RM7840 relay module is a microprocessor-based integrated burner automaton for automatically fired single burner gas burners (single burner applications). Base, amplifier and purge card are required to complete the system and are selected according to the desired process conditions. The optional display can be mounted on the relay module or on the front of a panel door. The display can also be mounted remotely from the panel if approved for the application. Basic functions of the RM7840 include automatic burner sequencing, flame monitoring, system status indication, system or self-diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
