The Eclipse SER “Single Ended Radiant Tube” burner is a nozzle-mix burner featuring an integrated, coaxially mounted internal recuperator on the radiant tube. As combustion air enters the SER burner, it is preheated by the hot exhaust gases in the recuperator section, achieving thermal efficiencies of up to 80% and significantly reducing fuel consumption. In addition to energy savings, the SER burner incorporates internal flue gas recirculation, resulting in lower NOx emissions. It delivers excellent heat transfer and uniform temperature distribution across the tube. Thanks to its compact, integrated design, the SER burner is also an ideal retrofit solution for replacing traditional burners and external recuperators in existing furnaces.
