Honeywell SmartLine temperature probe assemblies are complete, installation-ready measurement solutions for temperature applications in industrial environments. They combine Honeywell's temperature transmitters, sensor housings, sensors, thermowells and process connections into one fully calibrated and certified assembly.

These assemblies are available in four versions:

• STT85A - Probe assembly with integrated STT850 transmitter
• STT820 - Fixed probe assembly.
• STT830 - Thermowell assembly with threaded or socket weld connection
• STT840 - Thermowell assembly with drilled and flanged design

An ideal complement to Honeywell's temperature transmitters, SmartLine assemblies are designed to provide accurate, reliable and safe measurements even in demanding process conditions. They are factory calibrated, tested and shipped as fully ready-to-use units. This saves users considerable time in engineering, ordering, installation and commissioning. The assemblies are available with various types of RTD or thermocouple elements and matching thermowells.

Thermowells can be integrated into the process in three ways: bolted, welded or via flange connection, depending on the application and installation requirements.
