Eclipse RatioAir burners are compact air heating solutions designed for applications requiring high flame speed, high excess air levels, and high furnace temperatures. Burner operation is controlled by a direct-driven air butterfly valve, while gas flow is precisely maintained in ratio using a proportional pressure regulator. Available with three flame tube options—standard, medium, or high velocity—the RatioAir burner can achieve flame velocities of up to 150 meters per second. This high-speed combustion enhances temperature uniformity, product quality, and overall system efficiency.
