Kromschröder BCU 370

The Kromschröder BCU 370 is a burner controller that controls, ignites and monitors industrial “forced draught” burners of unlimited capacity or burners ignited with a pilot burner , suitable for both intermittent (with UVS) and continuous operation (with UVC). The burner controller activates the fan and positions the connected butterfly valve for pre-ventilation and ignition. After pre-ventilation and burner start, the BCU 370 gives a release signal to an external controller, which positions the butterfly valve according to the power demand. After completion of the burner operation, post-ventilation takes place.

Features and Benefits:

  • Designed for mounting in close proximity to the burner to be monitored
  • Supports flame detection via UV sensors or ionization
  • Monitors gas and air pressure. An optional integrated tightness control function monitors valves with an external gas pressure switch
  • Using the optional PROFIBUS-DP interface, the BCU 370 can be integrated into standardized fieldbus systems, simplifying wiring
  • Parameters can be easily adjusted via the PC software BCSoft
  • Mains voltage: 230 V-50/60 Hz or 120 V-50/60 Hz
  • EU certified
