Kromschröder BVA-BVG-BVH-IBG-IBA-IBH

The butterfly valves BVA, BVG and BVH are designed for controlling volume flows of gas, cold and hot air, as well as flue gases in gas and air applications. These control valves are suitable for control ratios up to 10:1 and, equipped with an actuator, can be used for flow control in modulating or stage-controlled combustion processes.

For plug-and-play applications, these control valves are available as pre-assembled assemblies with IC servo motors under the type designations IBA, IBG and IBH.

Features and Benefits:

  • BVA
    • For continuous control of an air flow
    • Max. pressure: 500 mbar
    • DN 40 to 150
    • Medium temperature: -20 to +60°C
  • BVG
    • For continuous control of a gas flow
    • Max. pressure: 500 mbar
    • DN 40 to 150
    • Medium temperature: -20 to +60°C
  • BVH
    • For continuous or stage-controlled control of a hot air or flue gas flow
    • For processes that require very precise control of flow rate or low leakage
    • Max. pressure: 150 mbar
    • DN 40 to 100
    • Medium temperature: -20 to +450°C
    • In combination with an MB 7 solenoid valve for intermittent operation
