The STG800 relative pressure transmitters are designed for monitoring, controlling and recording relative pressure in a variety of industrial applications. Thanks to advanced piezoresistive sensor technology with integrated on-chip temperature compensation, these transmitters deliver high accuracy, excellent long-term stability and reliable performance over a wide pressure and temperature range. They offer exceptional performance and are ideal for high-pressure measurements in boilers and fuel feed, as well as tank level applications with relatively high process temperatures.

The STG800 Dual Head transmitters are suitable for applications requiring small flanges or 1/2" NPT connections. Typical applications include relative pressure measurement of reaction vessels in the chemical industry and leveling applications with process temperatures up to 302°F/150°C. In-Line transmitters screw directly onto a 1/2" male NPT nipple and can be installed in hazardous areas for accurate, repeatable pressure measurement.

As part of Honeywell's SmartLine® series, the STG800 features digital diagnostics that detect failures early. This helps prevent unplanned downtime and contributes to lower maintenance and operational costs.
